Das Institut f\u00fcr Corporate\u00a0Governance\u00a0in der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft (ICG) hat im\u00a0Mai\u00a02023\u00a0seinen ersten NextGen-Beirat ins Leben gerufen. Der aus zehn Personen bestehende Beirat arbeitet seither eng mit dem Vorstand des Vereins zusammen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Im April 2025 wurde mit dem ICG NextGen Board Forum das erste Event des ICG organisiert,\u00a0das\u00a0sich explizit an Nachwuchs-Gremien und ihre Sponsoren\/-innen\u00a0bzw. Mentoren\/-innen\u00a0richtet. In Form von Workshops wurden Erfahrungen und Best Practices der vertretenen Beir\u00e4te zusammengetragen und miteinander geteilt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dieser kurze Impuls stellt eine Zusammenfassung der Erfahrungen und Arbeitsergebnisse der Workshops dar. Dieses Dokument ist ein erster Baustein und soll Unternehmen den Prozess der Implementierung eines solchen Gremiums erleichtern.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

In den n\u00e4chsten Jahren sollen, durch das regelm\u00e4\u00dfig stattfindende NextGen Board Forum sowie die \u00d6ffnung des ICG f\u00fcr j\u00fcngere Menschen, die Erfahrungen wachsen.
