Social Impact Investing (SII), also Immobilienprojekte mit zus\u00e4tzlicher sozialer-gesellschaftlicher Wirkung, stellen hierbei einen Weg des Investierens und Projektierens dar, der in besonderem Ma\u00dfe Haltung und Werte voraussetzt.
