Das ICG hat in Kooperation mit dem \u201eImmobilienmanager\u201c bereits zum vierten Mal den Real Estate Social Impact Investing Award verliehen.<\/p>\n

Der Award soll zum einen die Aufmerksamkeit der Immobilienwirtschaft auf Social Impact Investing lenken und Projekte mit einer additiven sozialen-gesellschaftlichen Wirkung f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Zum anderen soll er relevante Stakeholder erreichen, um Allianzen f\u00fcr Projekte zu erm\u00f6glichen und gleichzeitig die Wahrnehmung der Branche durch die breite \u00d6ffentlichkeit verbessern.<\/p>\n

Das Vollgut Berlin verwandelt das ehemalige Vollgutlager der Kindl-Brauerei in Neuk\u00f6lln in ein soziales Kultur- und Gewerbezentrum. Auf 40.000 Quadratmetern entsteht ein Ort f\u00fcr Vielfalt, Akzeptanz und Solidarit\u00e4t \u2013 mit starkem Fokus auf queere, migrantische und popkulturelle Communities. Ziel ist es, lebendige R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Begegnung, Teilhabe und Kreativit\u00e4t zu schaffen. Tr\u00e4ger ist die Vollgut-Genossenschaft, die das Areal als \u201espatial common\u201c versteht \u2013 als gemeinschaftlich genutztes Gut im Sinne des Lokalwohls. Alle Mieter und Mieterinnen zahlen in einen Community-Fonds ein. So stehen jedes Jahr rund 50.000 Euro f\u00fcr soziale und kulturelle Projekte in der Nachbarschaft zur Verf\u00fcgung.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Das Vollgut zeigt, wie Stadtentwicklung von unten gelingt \u2013 durch Kooperation, Nachhaltigkeit und gelebte Solidarit\u00e4t. Ein Leuchtturmprojekt f\u00fcr soziale Teilhabe, kulturelle Vielfalt und \u00f6kologische Verantwortung \u2013 mit Strahlkraft weit \u00fcber den Kiez hinaus.<\/p>\n
