In einer zweiten Stufe widmet sich das Institut breiter Diversity in den Gremien. Hierf\u00fcr wurden verschiedene Kriterien ermittelt, die f\u00fcr die Zukunft der Branche entscheidend sind. Neben Gender Diversity k\u00f6nnen Aspekte wie Entrepreneurship, \u00a0verschiedene Generationen und Nationalit\u00e4ten, diverse Fachrichtungen (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaftler\/innen, Ingenieure\/innen, Juristen\/innen, Psychologen\/innen), Branchenkompetenzen \u00fcber die Immobilienwirtschaft hinaus (wie Digitalisierungs-Know-how) und Internationalisierung einen hohen Nutzen f\u00fcr die Gremienarbeit haben.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8220;1_2&#8243;
