Die internationale und deutsche Politik hat reagiert \u2013 \u00fcber zun\u00e4chst freiwillige und nun verbindliche Frauenquoten soll dieses Ziel erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die deutsche Immobilienwirtschaft &#8211; als eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Branchen der deutschen Volkswirtschaft &#8211; hat mit den ICG-Standards f\u00fcr gute Unternehmensf\u00fchrung und -kontrolle sowie dem ZIA-Nachhaltigkeitskodex einen gro\u00dfen Fortschritt zur Verbesserung ihrer Professionalit\u00e4t, Transparenz und Integrit\u00e4t gemacht. Die Sicherstellung der Vielfalt (Diversity) in Aufsichts- und Entscheidungsgremien \u2013 und dabei im Vordergrund die Besetzung von Mandaten mit weiblichen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften &#8211; ist hierbei auch wegen des nachweisen \u00f6konomischen Nutzens wichtiger Teil der Umsetzung, zur Verbesserung der Wettbewerbssituation der Branche und der sie tragenden Unternehmen. Frauen in F\u00fchrungspositionen und Gremien sind in der Immobilienbranche noch immer in der Minderheit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziele:<\/strong><br \/> Mit Bezug auf diese Ausgangslage ist auch die F\u00f6rderung speziell von Frauen eines der Ziele des ICG. Ziel der ICG-Initiative \u201eWomen on Boards\u201c ist es, die Anzahl von Frauen in Aufsichts- und Beir\u00e4ten wie Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrungs- und Vorstandsgremien in der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft deutlich zu erh\u00f6hen. Des Weiteren soll eine Versachlichung des Themas dahingehend erfolgen, das Transparenz \u00fcber die Anzahl der Frauen auf der ersten und zweiten F\u00fchrungsebene in der sehr fragmentierten Immobilienwirtschaft geschaffen wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma\u00dfnahmen:<\/strong><br \/> Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele haben wir ein Mentoring-Programm ins Leben gerufen, in dem j\u00e4hrlich bis 25 Tandems erfolgreich miteinander arbeiten. Das ICG organisiert au\u00dferdem regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Veranstaltungen mit Best Practice-Beispielen aus Unternehmen etc. und erleichtert weiblichen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften den Zugang zu unseren Entscheider-Events wie dem &#8222;German Real Estate Summit\u201c und vor allem den Seminaren der \u201eICG Real Estate Board Academy\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielgruppe\/Teilnehmerinnen:<\/strong><br \/><span>Kernzielgruppe f\u00fcr dieses Programm sind erfahrene, potentialstarke, weibliche F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die heute in der Ebene unterhalb des Vorstandes bzw. der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung bedeutender Immobilienunternehmen oder in der Vorstands- bzw. Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrungsebene t\u00e4tig sind<\/span>.
