Prof. Dr. Kerstin Hennig ist seit November 2023 Professorin f\u00fcr Immobilienwirtschaft an der Frankfurt School of Finance & Management und Leiterin des FS Real Estate Institute.<\/p>\n
Nach dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der EBS in Oestrich, London und Paris und der Promotion zum Dr. rer. pol. an der EBS Universit\u00e4t war sie 25 Jahre in der Immobilienwirtschaft mit den Schwerpunkten Immobilienmanagement und Investment t\u00e4tig. Zu ihren bisherigen beruflichen Stationen z\u00e4hlen debis Immobilienmanagement, Tishman Speyer Properties, UBS AG, IVG Immobilien AG und Gro\u00df & Partner. Parallel dazu war Kerstin Hennig regelm\u00e4\u00dfig als Dozentin und Lehrbeauftragte an verschiedenen internationalen Universit\u00e4ten und Instituten t\u00e4tig. <\/p>\n
Von April 2018 bis Oktober 2023 leitete Prof. Hennig das Real Estate Management Institute an der EBS Universit\u00e4t in ihrer Funktion als Head of EBS Real Estate Management Institute, Academic Director EBS Real Estate Executive Education und als Professorin f\u00fcr Real Estate Economics. <\/p>\n
Sie lehrt und forscht im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft mit den Schwerpunkten Real Estate Innovation & Entrepreneur-und Leadership, Nachhaltigkeit, Impact Investing sowie Real Estate Management.<\/p>\n
Prof. Hennig ist Mitglied des Executive Committee des Urban Land Institute (ULI), des Executive Committee des iddiw – Institut der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. sowie Mitglied des Vorstandes des ZIA Deutschland Mitte.<\/p>\n
Au\u00dferdem ist sie Mitglied in den Aufsichtsr\u00e4ten der DWS Grundbesitz GmbH, der DEMIRE AG, PPB AG und im Beirat der Ehret und Klein GmbH sowie KINGSTONE Investment Management GmbH.<\/p>\n
