In 2017 the CSR Initiative won the 2017 Property Manager Award in the \u201cSocial Responsibility\u201d category.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The CSR Initiative of the ICG Institute won the Property Manager Award in the \u201cSocial Responsibility\u201d category, together with its cooperation partners ZIA, Heidrick & Struggles and Phineo. On 2 March 2017, the award was presented during a gala evening event for property managers in Cologne, the CSR initiative come out on top, ahead of two other nominated projects.<\/p>\n

The judges gave a special mention to the innovative practical handbook which enables property companies \u201cto make a positive corporate contribution in a structured and systematic way with the help of practical case studies\u201d The judges went on to say that the handbook reinforces the sector-wide exchange of information and cooperation.<\/p>\n
