Strength implies responsibility

The ICG CSR initiative is devoted to the social and corporate responsibility of companies and benefits thereby accrued by the company.

The Institute for Corporate Governance in the German Real Estate Industry (ICG) and the German Property Federation (ZIA) have been involved in the ecological and economic sustainability implementation programme for many years now. Within the scope of the ICG CSR initiative, both partners have now become involved in the area of corporate social responsibility of German real estate industry companies and the benefits thereby gained for individual companies. The aim of the ICG CSR initiative was the development of a programme which maps out the relevance of sustainable corporate management, with the focus on corporate social responsibility, and increases the willingness of the real estate industry to engage in this area in the long-term.
